2. PAYMENT
Berin accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard via Quickpay. The amount will be deducted from your account when the product is shipped or collected. All amounts are in DKK including VAT.
3. PRODUCTS
On our online store, you can buy support products, such as books and handmade products.
4. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Berin delivers orders via Posta. You can expect a delivery time of 5-10 days. Products can be collected at an agreed-upon location, by arrangement.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop on berin.fo, provided that the product has not been used and has not been treated carelessly. The customer must pay for the return of goods in connection with the withdrawal right. Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the product is purchased, and the product must be returned to Berin no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. If you want to make use of the withdrawal right, you must notify us at berin@berin.fo, and it must be clearly stated that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and want to return the product.
6. REFUND
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. If there’s a depreciation that you’re responsible for, it will be deducted from the purchase amount.If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment we received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after we received notice of your decision. We will refund the amount using the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned product, unless you can provide evidence of the return.If you cancel the purchase, the product should be sent to:

The following product types are not part of the right of withdrawal:
Products produced according to the special wishes of the buyer or have received a significant personal identifier.
Products that deteriorate or expire quickly.
7. WARRANTY
When you shop at berin.fo, you have a 24-month warranty. This means you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation. The right to claim requires that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.You must notify us of defects in the product within a “reasonable time”. If you make a claim within two months after discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.If you have a valid claim, we will refund you (a reasonable) shipping cost.
