It can feel difficult to get through daily life initially. There is huge variation in how grief feels and manifests for people who have experienced a loss. The grieving process differs from one person to another. One reason is that we are all different as people and therefore react differently. Grief also varies by age, gender, relationship with the deceased, the circumstances surrounding the death etc. It means that grief is a natural reaction, and there is no right or wrong way to
